As an ETQ Reliance Technical and Functional expert, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Having 4 to 6 years of relevant experience - Demonstrating a good understanding of the ETQ Reliance platform, its modules, and configuration essentials. This includes Application Builder, workflow design, and potentially specific modules like document control or training management - Utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and potentially Java or .NET for customization and troubleshooting - Applying database skills by being familiar with SQL, Oracle SQL, and PLSQL for data analysis and reporting - Possessing knowledge of related technologies like WebLogic, Tomcat, or other relevant platforms depending on the specific ETQ implementation - Solving problems by troubleshooting issues within the ETQ system, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions - Communicating effectively by clearly explaining technical issues to users, documenting problems, and collaborating with other team members Our client is a trusted global innovator of IT and business services, present in 50+ countries.
