Job Title: ETP Operator Location: Madurai Department: O&M Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as ETP Operator Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree Employment Type: Full-time Contact: 9944942081 Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per standard operating procedures. Monitor and control flow rates, pH levels, TDS, COD, BOD, and other process parameters. Handle chemical dosing and maintain chemical inventory for ETP. Record and maintain daily operational logs and report abnormalities to the supervisor. Perform routine checks and ensure preventive maintenance of ETP equipment like pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, etc. Ensure proper sludge disposal and coordinate with vendors if required. Comply with environmental regulations and company policies. Support in online pollution control board portal data entry and maintaining compliance documents. Assist in internal and external audits related to ETP operations. Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience in ETP operations (aerobic/anaerobic/STP/biological/chemical systems) Knowledge of pollution control norms and ETP functioning Basic knowledge of handling chemicals safely Ability to identify faults in equipment and initiate corrective action Record-keeping and report generation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
