Sending introductory emails to leads generated through trade fairs or those which come through Principals or agents. The inquiry is then forwarded to technical team for technical discussions Primary attending any case of breakdown/complaint of machine in your area. Correcting the errors in operation or breakdown of machine if possible. Else coordinate with the project team for further action.
