Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies. Procure necessary materials and equipment for maintenance activities. Manage contracts with vendors and contractors. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections. Respond to emergencies and ensure prompt restoration of plant operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel. Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs. Stay current with industry best practices and technologies. Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities and plant performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections. Participate in audits and inspections. Assist with the operation of the water treatment plant as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes. Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and the public.
