Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To look after entire ETP plant, which comprises, thermal evaporator (MEE), followed by biological system, ETP lab, utilization & management of manpower appropriately.
Trouble shooting of ETP and MEE. (Multi Effect Evaporator)
Maintain all documents related to plant (Generate daily & monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports of ETP).
Maintain all equipment in working condition and follow up for any break-down/maintenance.
Responsible to comply all safety precautions/requirements & proper Housekeeping.
Maintain stock of Raw- material/chemical required to the plant.
To work for the water conservation and reduce the wastage of water in plant.
Preparing training module and conduct competence training for the departmental importance, awareness training for another employee on EHS.
Conducting the Environment Monitoring like ambient air, stack, effluent, and noise level monitoring etc. as per test schedule CAPA in case of deviations.
Investigate/ analyze accident if any and maintain records.
Supervising personal for effective implementation of the EHS program into the work process.
Auditing his/her area of control for improvement w.r.t. EHS.
Label all containers and bags of hazardous waste material properly.
Training his subordinates for improved safety.
Implement specific standard operating procedures in the workplace.
Compliance of the EHS audits.
Ensure that all unsafe acts/incidents/ accidents are reported as early as possible to his area in standard format as soon as possible and close the CAPA.
Ensure all the online monitoring system is in working system (Water, Stack and TOC/VOC meter).
