Develop technical and commercial proposals for public and private sector tenders. Estimate costs and resource requirements based on project scope and design. Collaborate with procurement and project execution teams to align designs with budget and delivery timelines. Stay updated on government regulations and compliance standards for wastewater treatment. Interact with clients and consultants to understand requirements and present engineered solutions. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and any process simulation tools (preferred).
