Job Title: City Head- Bangalore (ETO OHM) Location: Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru Department: Operations & Business Growth Reports To: Regional Head / COO About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on City Head to lead ETO OHMs 4W electric mobility operations in Bangalore. This role will oversee the entire supply ecosystem drivers, vehicles, fleet quality, charging operations and collections while simultaneously driving demand-side growth by converting airport passengers into ETO OHM customers. The ideal candidate should be operationally strong, business-focused, and capable of managing high-intensity airport operations with precision, speed and team leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply & Fleet Management Lead and manage the driver supply team: recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance & performance. Ensure optimal fleet availability, uptime, and shift adherence. Oversee vehicle charging planning, station coordination, and daily charging compliance. Maintain highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, grooming, condition, safety and quality checks. Own collection processes: driver settlements, trip collections, cash/UPI processes, and reconciliations. 2. Operations Excellence Ensure seamless daily operations at KIAL (BIAL). Maintain 100% compliance on roster, dispatching, lane management, and airport standards. Monitor trip productivity, turnaround time, driver behavior, and customer experience. Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution. 3. Business & Sales Growth Drive customer conversions at the airport turning walk-ins and passengers into OHM users. Work closely with the sales & customer engagement team to improve booking funnels and repeat usage. Identify demand patterns, peak-hour opportunities, and new revenue levers. 4. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary face of ETO OHM for all interactions with BIAL teams, airport authorities, security teams, and ground partners . Ensure tight coordination on approvals, lane access, parking, audits and issue closures. Represent the company professionally in all external meetings. 5. Leadership & Reporting Lead a team of mentors, driver executives, quality executives and operational staff. Drive KPIs across trips, revenue, utilization, driver availability, quality scores and collections. Publish daily/weekly MIS and operational dashboards. Required Qualifications & Skills 5 -10 years of experience in mobility, logistics, EV operations, airport operations, fleet management, or last-mile delivery. Strong people management skills; ability to lead large ground teams. Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi + Kannada (Telugu is a plus). High ownership mindset; able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure airport environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours (airport operations are 24/7).
