Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience in
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
and
Databricks
.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data validation and reconciliation (including advanced joins, window functions, aggregates).
Hands-on experience with
PySpark
for large-scale data validation and transformations.
Strong programming/scripting skills in
Python
for test automation.

ETL/Data Migration Knowledge:

Experience in validating
large-scale data migration projects
.
Solid understanding of
ETL concepts, data modeling, and data warehouse testing
.
Expertise in validating data integrity, lineage, and business rules.

QA Skills:

Strong background in QA methodologies (functional, regression, system integration, and UAT support).
Ability to create detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ETL workflows.
Defect management and working knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Qualifications

4 - 8 years of experience in
ETL and data migration testing

Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
