Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Validate large volumes of data in data warehouses with a strong focus on Snowflake environments.
Perform end-to-end data validation, source-to-target data mapping, and regression testing.
Identify, report, and track data quality issues, collaborating closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure timely resolution.
Automate data quality tests where applicable using SQL and QA automation frameworks.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues in ETL processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide QA sign-off for data pipeline releases and ensure delivery meets functional and non-functional requirements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on data testing.
Strong experience in ETL/ELT testing and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in Snowflake and SQL for data validation and analysis.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
