Job Description

Perform end-to-end reconciliation between source systems, canonical entities (Order, Shipment, Freight Invoicing, Cost Allocation, Claims, Complaints), and dashboard outputs. Ensure data lineage traceability from the Silver layer to the dashboard metrics.
Collaborate with ETL Developers, Data Architects, and Product Owners to resolve discrepancies. Document validation results, maintain defect logs, and provide QA sign-off for data releases. Support automation of validation processes using SQL, Python (Pandas), or other frameworks.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, provide QA estimates, and ensure data readiness for UAT (if applicable Skill Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and query-based testing.
Experience in ETL / ELT data testing within Data Warehousing or BI projects. Exposure to Canonical Data Models, data mapping, and data lineage. Familiarity with Databricks platforms.
Understanding of KPI-driven dashboard development (preferably in Sigma or Power BI).
Working knowledge of Bronze / Silver / Gold layer data flow architecture. Hands-on experience with data validation automation using Python and Pandas preferred.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
