ETL Lead

As a skilled and experienced Team Lead in Data Conversion, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in large-scale data migration and integration initiatives. Your role will involve demonstrating strong leadership, hands-on experience in ETL tools like Talend and Informatica, and effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of data conversion projects - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and align requirements - Deliver data mapping, integration, and migration using Talend, Informatica, or similar tools - Drive SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support - Identify process improvements and ensure continuous optimization - Act as a point of escalation for complex engagements - Mentor and guide junior team members Qualifications Required: - 10+ years in IT with at least 9 years in ETL and data conversion - Strong hands-on experience with Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL tools - Excellent SQL scripting and data transformation skills - Experience with Oracle SQL, Excel, CSV formats - Proven expertise in large-scale ETL, data migration, and cloud strategy - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in financial or equity compensation data is a plus If you are passionate about data and eager to lead critical transformation projects, we would love to connect.
