Key Responsibilities & Requirements Identify, research, and engage potential clients for our accounting KPO services using structured outreach—including personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and strategic cold calling. Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate meetings, build a qualified pipeline, and drive consistent business growth. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, negotiate effectively, and confidently close deals. Track all activities in CRM, analyze results to refine campaigns, and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions, ensuring our offerings meet unique client needs and result in long-term satisfaction. Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and existing clients, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities and addressing concerns proactively. To succeed, you should have: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Business Development for KPO/accounting outsourcing. A go-getter attitude—self-driven, motivated, and resourceful. Top-notch communication skills—both written and verbal; comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and outreach activities—organized and results-focused. Demonstrated success as a deal closer, consistently converting opportunities into new business.
