Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through various platforms. Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calling and email outreach. Present company's services to potential customers and understand their requirements. Responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to setting up meeting with Sales / Technical Team. Scheduling meetings and following up with customers. Maintenance and updating of CRM for recording sales activities including leads, calls and follow-up meetings. Creating proposals for potential customers. Analyse and present data as required by Sales & Management Team. Skills Required: Prior experience of working with Cyber Security/IT companies, selling to BFSI segment would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Strong interpersonal skills ability to build rapport with customers. Rigorous engagement & follow-up with customers. Result-oriented, driven, self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Good understanding & working knowledge of MS Office & CRM.
