As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by initiating KPI projects and proactively identifying possible risks through early warnings. Your role will involve interacting with clients, managing and developing improvement plans in collaboration with other departments, and overseeing the Operations Quality Team. Effective resource utilization and conducting team reviews and performance-related discussions will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. You will be expected to motivate team members, assist in career planning, and ensure that effective process and policy mechanisms are in place. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements between internal and external customers, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity, and implementing compliance with Information Technology Standards such as system checks and whitelists. A key aspect of your role will be to oversee risk management activities across the Program, including establishing and maintaining an effective compliance and ethics program to prevent, monitor, detect, and respond to non-compliance issues. You will also be required to identify and address compliance gaps, particularly in cases where accountability is unclear across multiple functional units.
