As a Monitoring & Testing Lead within the Ethics & Compliance team at eBay, based in Mumbai or Bengaluru, India, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Head of Ethics & Compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement systems to monitor and enhance the ethics and global compliance program. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement systems for continuous monitoring of compliance-related activities and recommend appropriate remediation steps - Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to effectively communicate relevant data to the Board of Directors, senior management, and key stakeholders - Manage employee ethics survey, including design, benchmarking, reporting, and action plan - Oversee the annual Conflicts of Interest Questionnaire process - Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of high-risk third parties - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and timely implementation of remediation efforts Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance or a related control function (Risk, Trust & Safety, Finance, Audit) - Strong analytics background, preferably in compliance or risk management, with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau; knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Python or R) is a plus - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Familiarity with risk management frameworks and practices - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English - Bachelor's degree Kindly refer to the Talent Privacy Notice for details on how eBay handles personal data collected during the use of the eBay Careers website or job applications.
