As an experienced professional joining the Whistleblower team in Bangalore, you will be instrumental in upholding the organization's values and ensuring a fraud-free and ethical work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the Whistleblower program. This involves overseeing incoming reports from various channels like hotlines, emails, and online platforms. You will conduct initial assessments of reported issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders for information gathering, engage with external investigators when necessary, and communicate with whistleblowers while maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, you will provide updates and status reports on ongoing investigations. You will also be responsible for managing the ethics investigations process. This includes planning and coordinating investigations, conducting objective and unbiased inquiries to identify and address violations of the Company's Code of Conduct & Ethics and policies, documenting findings, preparing investigation reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management, and following up on corrective actions and recommendations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining the Whistleblower policy to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conducting training and awareness campaigns on the whistleblower policy and ethical conduct will also be part of your role. It is essential to stay updated on best practices in whistleblower program management and ethics investigations. To excel in this role, you should have 4-7 years of experience in corporate investigations, strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, discretion in handling sensitive matters, experience in working with diverse stakeholders, and strong project management and organizational skills.,
