The SOHAM Cohort study aims to evaluate the Healthy Ageing Tool India (HAT-I) by recruiting a large cohort of volunteers over 40 years of age. The validated HAT-I tool will be used to categorize individuals based on their Healthy Ageing score, and they will be followed up longitudinally for 5 years to track adverse outcomes. The study will measure the correlation between the baseline HAT-I score and the occurrence of adverse outcomes.
