Role responsibilities : Maintain, control, and implement electronics test system (testers, fixtures, test software) according to a given requirement Software debugging and development for testing. tester system to support the production line at optimum condition. Provide technical expertise upon request by manufacturing Resolve technical issues associated with test and database systems. Establish guideline instruction for operators, technicians to be able to solve or prevent production problems. Select the right instruments for PCBA FCT. Work on Data Acquisition with different instruments using NI DAQ Cards, PLC,s and other digital circuits Develop Labview Software and create unique GUI's sa per test requirements and standards Hands on Experience on Data acquisition using NI DAQ, PLC, Labview etc Thorough understanding on RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet communications etc. Hands on experience on PCBA level Functional circuit test is added advantage Good Fundamental understanding on selection of instrument as required.
