We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer NaOH Etching & IOX with expertise in wet and dry etching processes for semiconductor, MEMS, or microfabrication environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process optimization, tool handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and high-yield production. Roles & Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain high-yield etching processes for crystalline silicon and dielectric materials (SiO, AlO, etc.). Expertise in anisotropic etching of monocrystalline silicon using NaOH-based aqueous solutions and dielectric layer etching (SiO, AlO, TaO, HfO, TiO). Operate and maintain wet etching equipment (Quartz/Teflon tanks, temperature-controlled baths, DI rinsing, IPA drying) and dry etch tools (RIE/ICP systems). Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), DOE, SPC, and yield improvement initiatives. Perform Etching Operations: Ensure consistency and precision in achieving the desired etch depth and uniformity across all parts. Conduct Inspections Using Calibrated Instruments: Inspect etched parts using calibrated tools to verify the etch depth, uniformity, and overall finish.
