• Having knowledge on electrical parts including EV-specific parts (BMS, Electric motors , Switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps , etc . (Min 6 Years of experience in handling electrical parts) • Exposure to PCB assembly processes - SMT Manufacturing (Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing etc.). • Collaborate with NPD/Production / Supplier teams and Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier’s end. • Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline /Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end . • Having Strong knowledge in AIAG Core tools (SPC,MSA,PFMEA,CP,APQP). • Ability to travel...
