You will be working at Rishab Industries, a design and manufacturing house based in Pune, established in 2002. The company specializes in Magnetic Wound Components for leading UPS manufacturers in India, with its products distributed in over 20 countries. Rishab Industries plays a crucial role in providing Transformers & Chokes for various end products like UPS, Solar Inverters, Isolation Cubicles & SCVS, focusing on excellence, quality, and innovation in delivering reliable and energy-efficient products. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be expected to utilize your extensive experience and skills to mentor and collaborate with young engineers within the team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in the electrical panel industry and demonstrate proficiency in designing LT/HT panels, PDUs, RPPUs, Phase Sequence Corrector panels, APFC panels, SCVS, and control panels according to project requirements, standards, and customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include showcasing deep technical expertise, leading design execution, and effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics, with knowledge in switchgear selection, drawing concepts, and proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge & ETAP SEE. Experience in designing LT Panels and wound components, along with familiarity with international certifications like CE, UL, etc., will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, expertise in Lean Manufacturing practices will be beneficial for contributing effectively to the team and the organization.,
