Roles and Responsibilities Manage technical operations of VMC, HMC, ID OD grinding machines, and other supporting equipment. Lead and manage a team working on 17+ high-precision machines including VMCs, Turnmills, and CMMs. Ensure efficient production planning and execution by monitoring machine performance and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling, and process optimization. Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentor and train junior engineers and shop floor personnel Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in managing heavy engineering machines such as VMC, HMC, Turnmills, and CMMs. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex problems quickly. Effective communication skills for working closely with various stakeholders including operators, engineers, and management. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.
