As a Project Manager for the Solution Lead - Offboard OTA position based in Pune, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end OTA (Over the air updates) flow and nomenclature. Your role will involve designing OTA manager, interfaces with OTA agent including e-Sync compatibility, OTA interface with IoT platform and enterprise system, OTA campaign and consent manager, and test cases (DFMEA) for successful OTA feature rollout. You should have hands-on experience in Linux, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman containerization, as well as a good understanding of programming languages like Java, C, C++, and microservices. Additionally, knowledge of GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Gerrit, Jfrog would be beneficial. An added advantage would be familiarity with the flow of over the air updates. In this role, you will lead integration testing, understand business requirements, analyze them, breakdown work, and assign tasks to team members. You will be responsible for sprint planning, monitoring sprint delivery tracking, conducting sprint risk analysis, developing mitigation plans, and managing escalations. Furthermore, you will coordinate with development partners to ensure end-to-end delivery. Your expertise in e-Sync, OTA, Over the air updates, and FOTA will be crucial for successfully executing the responsibilities associated with this position. With 12-15 years of experience and a background in BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech (CSE, IT, E&TC), you are well-positioned to excel in this role.,
