Stay At Plant Prefered ( Room Will be provided by company) A plant supervisor oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing or production facility. They manage staff, monitor production processes, equipment, and safety protocols, ensuring that production goals are met. Main responsibilities: Product monitoring: It is important to ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Staff management: Hiring, training, evaluating performance, and mentoring staff. Safety: Safety protocols must be implemented and the workplace must be ensured to be safe. Equipment management: Equipment should be monitored, maintained, and repaired when necessary. Product goals: It is important to ensure that production goals are being met, and if necessary, take steps to improve them. Reports: Must prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, etc. Processes: Operational policies and procedures should be developed and implemented. Collaboration: Plant operations should be optimized by collaborating with other departments. Required skills:Knowledge of manufacturing processes, team management skills, communication and people management skills, knowledge of safety protocols, program management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,565.19 - ₹20,408.44 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
