Roles & Responsibilities:(Responsibilities includes but not limited to)
1. Review the tender drawings, understand the plan, elevation and sectional details
2. Run through the client Bill of Quantity and cross-check the scope of work against the drawings
3. Perform detailed quantification of the trade items from the tender drawings, identify the material requirements
4. Communicate with the respective vendors to obtain the quotes in consultation with the Estimator
5. Maintain and update the cost database of materials such as Wood, Veneer, MDF, Glass and all related fit-out materials
6. Assist the Estimator during the rate breakdown analysis, maintain the relevant document including any special considerations/assumptions/qualifications
7. Adapt to the software tools and develop to simplify the working turnaround time
8. Work closely with the team, understand the techniques and guidance used in arriving at the price and develop the skills in fit-out prices.
