You will be working as an Estimation & Planning Engineer (Civil Real Estate) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat within the Projects/Civil department. Your primary responsibility will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and project schedules for real estate construction projects. Your role will also include ensuring timely planning and coordination to support smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings, developing and monitoring project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera, coordinating with vendors for pricing and procurement inputs, tracking project progress and resources, and updating reports. Additionally, you will be required to support tender documentation and bid preparation processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in real estate or civil construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project/Primavera is essential, along with strong analytical and coordination skills.
