You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance. Qualifications: • Proven experience 10+ years of experience managing IT projects. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
