Description for Internal Candidates We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Proven experience 10+ years of experience managing IT projects. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
