“DESIGN ENGINEER - PROCESS SAFETY" (FOR ONSHORE DETAILED ENGINEERING OF OIL & GAS / PETROCHEMICALS / REFINERY PROJECTS) URGENTLY REQUIRED AT TOYO ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED – KANJUR MARG, MUMBAI EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: B.E. / B.Tech. – Chemical (from Recognized University) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 15-20 Years JOB LOCATION: KANJUR MARG, MUMBAI Minimum 15 years experience and 8 years relevant job experience in Design HSE (Process Safety) in the field of refinery, petrochemicals, fertilizers, LNG plant etc. Essential Skill required / job duties are as follows: Well versed in industry or regulatory safety codes, standards and guidelines (International & Local); Should have experience conducting HAZID / HAZOP / SIL / other safety studies and preparing subsequent reports, follow-up, close-out for various large scale projects; Hands on experience with latest softwares used for various safety studies viz. DNV PHAST / SAFETI, PHA-Pro; Should have good verbal and written communication skill; Should have safety study report writing skill; Experienced in preparation of Techno-commercial inquiry for various safety studies, technical bid evaluation, commercial bid evaluation; Post bid document approval; Should have experience in man hour estimation for safety studies to be performed during project (EPC / EPCM / PMC) stage.
