Study the technical and commercial part of Tender Document and understand the technical & commercial specifications/customer requirements. Preparation of rate analysis of items for the tender bid process. Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQ s. Prepare and finalize the cost estimate. Maintain all files, and data related to the project. Calling for quotations from the Suppliers, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements. Should have knowledge / ability to read drawings Technical Documentation: Compile all necessary technical documentation, schematics, and drawings to support the proposal, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and regulations. Strong estimation/quotation skills, preparing detailed costing and submitting Techno-Commercial offers Follow up with clients, contract negotiation close deals. Multi-tasking with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
