Estimation & Costing Engineer (HVAC Projects)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Daily interaction with various clients and follow-up for new enquiries by telephonic conversation and if required Physical Site meeting with clients all over INDIA. Collect required data from clients to process new enquiries. To understand the client's requirements and do the needful to make a plan to fulfil the client's requirements. Make quote as per solution for client requirement. To make design solutions if required. Maintain a record of all the above work and Marketing related Monthly data sheet. Also, to maintain a record of supporting work for the above. Follow up with a client for a purchase order for quoted offer. Interact with the project team, Design team and Purchase team for completion of received purchase orders from a client and new projects from the client. Maintain a record of project and client purchase orders. For making a quote collect offers of accessories from vendors required for the client's complete solution. Maintain a record of offers received from vendors. Market research and search for a new client for new upcoming projects in PAN INDIA. Making & maintaining new contacts with Clients, Consultants & Vendors working in the same sector. Maintain Item level master data cross-referenced against all Projects. Clients & Consultants: Developing new clients Understanding and Fulfilling client requirements Visiting Clients Collecting Required Data Estimation of HVAC Low Side and High Side for Clean Room Pharma Application Preparing Offer Negotiation with Clients Finalization of Purchase Orders Follow Up for Purchase Orders Vendors: Developing Vendors Sending Enquiries Receiving Offers Making Comparisons Design: Heatloads Summaries of Heatloads Preparation of BOQ Records: Monthly Work Report Order Booking Enquiry Register Maintaining ERP records Internal: Handover of New Projects Interaction with Design, Projects and Purchase Teams
