Project Engineer Fire What You Will Do Primary responsibility for this role is to provide coordination of project activities for Project management of Fire systems, commissioning and training. Measurement, inspection & certification of sub-contractor’s work. Coordination with inspection agencies for quality inspection. Timely dispatch the plant to customers Progress reporting to JC management Cost information summary – preparing, monitoring and tracking in SAP Ensuring EHS compliance for JC team and associated. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E to create stunning and functional spaces for our guests.Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.Design Development: Develop design concepts, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selections, and lighting plans using design software.Material Sourcing: Source and select materials, furniture, and decorative items that align with the design vision and budget.Project Management: Manage the project timeline, work with contractors, and ensure the design is implemented accurately.Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.Client Consultation: Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on various design aspects, including space planning, material choices, and furniture arrangement.Budgeting and Estimating: Develop cost estimates for different design options and ensure the project stays within the client's budget.Documentation: Create detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation for contractors and clients. QualificationsSpace Planning and Interior Design skillsArchitecture and Construction Drawings expertiseKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)Experience in luxury hospitality design is a plusStrong attention to detail and creativityBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related fieldExcellent project management skills8 to 10 years experience in interior designingBachelors degree in Interior Designer, architectureTechnical proficiency in AUTOCAD & other related software's, Project managementMumbai Based candidate only.
