In this role, you are responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting solutions, primarily in Drupal on the Acquia Content Management System (CMS) with documents stored in the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, in support of our Learning and Development and Operations microsites. This position will work collaboratively with developers, architects, business analysts, and other team members during the entire product engineering lifecycle. Convert sites developed in other technologies, such as WordPress, into Drupal and stand-up microsites in the Acquia Content Management System (CMS) with them. Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure that quality is “designed in” at every step, and that the testing approach aligns and evolves with the solution architecture & implementation, using an agile mindset. Participate in collaborative team planning, estimating, and story grooming; countering/proposing solutions, identifying and vocalizing risks, and suggesting design and design approaches. Assist with Release coordination, validation, and support when needed. Enable continued improvement in key areas. Be an excellent problem solver with a solid understanding of OOP and a passion and drive to expand your coding skills.
