The Estimator - Commercial position requires a Diploma or BE in Civil with 1 to 5 years of experience. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for tasks such as 2D drawing & technical knowledge, site supervising, project head responsibilities, calculating costs, estimating timelines, and interpreting plans and regulations. You will work closely with surveyors, construction managers, architects, and engineers to deliver final estimates of budgets and cost plans. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and proficiency in Tamil and English languages is preferred.
