Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing general HR management tasks. The role involves day-to-day interaction with employees, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment, and supporting various HR initiatives and programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment and onboarding process Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives Handle HR administrative tasks, such as documentation and record-keeping Execute onboarding and off-boarding procedures for new and departing employees Conduct and coordinate employee events and activities Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes Basic understanding of HR principles and practices Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field Qualifications: HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations Ability to develop, implement, and manage HR Policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
