I had booked a room for 2 PM, but despite arriving at 9 PM, the room was not ready. We had to wait for nearly an hour, and it still wasn't available, so we were offered an upgraded room. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

They allocated a good view room on the higher floor. The amenities were top notch. Checkin and checkout process was very fast. Thanks to front desk team Mr.Vigneshwaran and his colleagues who were excellent under the leadership of Mr.Fredrick.

Poor service. During a two day visit, the check-in toilet paper was missing. The second day hand towel was not provided. food quality was average.

The room are smaller and even the beds are also small. We were two members and had booked a super deluxe room. TV was not working. The wifi was not working.
