Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator & Programmer with hands-on experience on Hurco & Makino machines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Esprit and Mastercam CAM software to develop precise and efficient machining programs. The role requires strong technical acumen, an eye for quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining centers (Hurco, Makino) to produce precision parts. 2. Program CNC machines using Esprit and Mastercam based on engineering drawings and specifications. 3. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models. 4. Optimize machining processes for accuracy, efficiency, and tool life. 5. Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality standards. CNC MachineOperator & Programmer 6. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to CNC machines and software. 7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and quality protocols. 8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times. 9. Document work done and maintain accurate job records. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. In-depth knowledge of CNC machine operations (Hurco, Makino, Willemin). 2. Strong command of Esprit and Mastercam programming software. 3. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. 4. Precision machining, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 5. Familiarity with different toolings, fixtures, and materials used in high-precision manufacturing. 6. Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. 7. Good communication and documentation skills. Educational Qualification: 1. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering 2. Certification in CNC Programming (Esprit / Mastercam) preferred Preferred Experience: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and programming Hurco, Makino, or Willemin machines. 2. Prior exposure to precision components manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, medical, or jewelry industry preferred)
