We're Hiring: Finance Controller – IFRS Compliance @ Thane Location: Thane, Mumbai, India Company: Esmech Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 15+ years in Accounts & Finance of which at-least 5 years as Financial Controller (preferably in manufacturing and or multinational environments) Esmech Equipment is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Finance Controller to lead our global financial reporting, Controlling and compliance efforts in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Key Responsibilities · Prepare, Analyse and present financial statements compliant with IFRS & ensure timely financial to German parent company. · Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking · Ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory frameworks · Coordinate for Internal & Cost Audits and liaise with global stakeholders · Co-ordinate with Banking Partners, Foreign Exchange, Treasury Exchange, German parent organization, forward contracting and Contract Management Role Summary Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, and compliance in alignment with IFRS Standard, ensuring accurate financial statements, internal controls, and strategic cost management across international operations. Qualifications & Age · Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics · Professional certification: CMA or equivalent desirable. · Strong command of IFRS and financial systems · Excellent analytical and leadership skills · Good command over MS Excel · Age – Not exceeding 40 years
