Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of failed LED drivers returned from field operations. Perform electrical, thermal, and visual inspections to identify causes of driver failure. Use testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging to evaluate driver performance. Prepare detailed failure analysis reports with recommended corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with R&D and Quality teams to implement design or process improvements based on analysis findings.
