Factory & Staff Quarter related administrative and housekeeping activities. 6. Exit Process & Offboarding Resignation & Termination: Handle resignations, notice periods, full & final settlements. Exit Interviews: Gather feedback for improvement and process relieving documents. Labour Turnover Analysis: Track attrition rates and analyse trends for workforce stability. 7.
