General HR Operations & Management: * Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job description development, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for various roles across corporate and project sites. * Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans. * Compensation & Benefits: Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and incentive schemes. * Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and promote healthy employer-employee relationships. * Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives. * HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company values and legal requirements. * HRIS Management: Manage and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) for efficient HR operations and data management. * Exit Management: Oversee the exit interview process, full and final settlements, and smooth off-boarding of employees. * HR Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing the HR department budget. 3. Title: Sr. HR Executive Experience: 3 - 8+ years Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Location: Kundli, Sonipat Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent | Knowledge of Labour Laws & Factory Act is mandatory Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Process and manage monthly payroll accurately, including wages for factory workers and staff Ensure correct calculation and deduction of PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and TDS Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and payroll reconciliations Maintain records of attendance, overtime, leave, and other variables for payroll Handle full and final settlement processes of employees Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act, 1948 and related labor laws Manage all statutory registrations and renewals Factory License, CLRA, EPF, ESIC, etc. Submit returns and reports to government authorities on time (monthly, quarterly, annually) Maintain all statutory registers, forms, and records as required under various labor legislations Liaison with government bodies Labour Department, Factory Inspector, PF/ESI Office Handle inspections and audits independently and ensure zero non-compliance HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is complete and up to date Prepare and maintain various HR reports related to payroll, attendance, compliance, etc. Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring alignment with labor regulations Support internal and external HR audits Employee Relations & Support: Address employee concerns related to wages, attendance, and statutory benefits Educate and inform workers on HR policies, workplace safety, and labor rights Conduct compliance-related trainings and awareness programs for workers and supervisors Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment In-depth knowledge of Factories Act, 1948, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS, and statutory filing systems Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Labor Laws or Industrial Relations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. PF & ESIC Registration & Compliance Register new employees under PF & ESIC schemes. Maintain up-to-date employee records for PF and ESIC. Coordinate with government portals (EPFO, ESIC) for registrations, updates, and compliance. Submit monthly returns (ECR upload for PF, ESIC contributions). Payroll Processing Process monthly payroll for employees including salary computation, deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and reimbursements. Validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data before payroll finalization. Prepare salary slips and payroll MIS reports. Handle full and final settlements and ensure compliance with exit formalities.
