Learn more: www.solenis.com About the Role India Payroll Specialist As part of our Global Excellence Center (GEC) in Hyderabad, you will manage end-to-end India payroll operations across both GSS and Plant setups. This includes payroll processing, statutory compliance, coordination with HR and vendors. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all employee groups. Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, etc.). File statutory returns: EPFO (ECR), ESIC, PT, LWF, Form 24Q. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors for input validation. Manage year-end processes like Form 16 and tax reconciliations. Support audits through proper documentation and internal controls. Handle employee queries on salary, taxes, and deductions. Track changes in payroll regulations and suggest policy updates.
