ESIC Coordinator

Job Summary:

Jeevan Rekha Hospital is seeking a skilled ESIC Coordinator to manage all operations related to the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in handling ESIC documentation and claims, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, hospital departments, and ESIC authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide patients regarding ESIC eligibility, documentation, and procedures.
• Handle beneficiary registration, verification, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth workflow of ESIC patients.
• Prepare, manage, and submit claims and documentation to ESIC authorities.
• Follow up on pending approvals and reimbursement status.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and patient data.
• Respond to patient and staff queries related to ESIC services.
• Ensure compliance with ESIC guidelines and hospital policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare administration preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ESIC coordination or hospital administration.
• Strong understanding of ESIC processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital software).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
