As a HR Executive, your responsibilities will include the preparation of salary, PF and ESIC challan for On-Roll employees. You will be required to fulfill all joining formalities for new employees in a timely manner and ensure compliance with leaving employees by assisting them in obtaining relevant clearances. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the full and final settlement summary of leaving employees on their last working day and obtaining their signatures. Moreover, you will be tasked with preparing MIS reports, salary sheets, managing bonus and holiday-related work, and verifying compliance registers. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the HR field. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
