Role & responsibilities Understand the ESG requirements for the organisation and collect ESG related data across all sources. Monitor and report on ESG related data to central data management system and track the ESG goals of the organisation. Provide support for GHG inventorisation, BRSR/GRI/IR reporting and other ESG related assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, product development, and supply chain management. Provide training and education to employees on ESG topics, including best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies. The job requires travel across to various facilities of Havells in India regularly. Preferred candidate profile Strong know-how of digital technologies, ability to envisage and develop ESG use cases with technology application Strong, professional communication skills, with the ability to skillfully articulate key messages to his / her audience Good in presentation and excel. Good analytical and logical reasoning skills Capability and willingness to support diverse analytical engagements. Should be able to convert raw data into meaningful insights. Ability to work with diverse and multiple teams, should have excellent stakeholder management skills A strong team player, proven team leadership potential Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly Perks and benefits As per the Industry norms
