As the HR Head for India at Edenred, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's ambitious growth strategy to increase revenue tenfold within the next 5 years. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of HR, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the organization has the necessary capabilities to scale effectively. Your key role deliverables include: Strategic Leadership: You will translate global and regional strategies into country-specific HR programs, align HR strategies with business goals, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture through diversity, inclusion, and recognition programs. Culture and Employee Engagement: Shape a performance-driven culture in line with Edenred's core values, promote employee engagement through regular communications and initiatives, drive employee engagement initiatives to retain top talent, and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. Talent Acquisition, Development & Succession Planning: Build leadership capability through development programs, create succession plans for key roles, attract, develop, and retain talent, and design and implement performance management practices. Performance Management & Rewards: Develop performance management practices that drive accountability and results, create competitive compensation and benefits structures, and align reward systems with business goals. CSR/ESG: Lead the development and execution of ESG programs, oversee CSR and internal communication activities, and ensure compliance with Group standards. HR Operations: Manage the full HR lifecycle, oversee employee compensation & benefits, HRIS and employee data management, ensure HR policies are compliant with regulations, and support Employee Welfare Committee. In addition to HR responsibilities, you will provide additional support in Office Administration, overseeing office environment improvements, and supporting operational and administrative needs to enhance employee satisfaction. Your profile should ideally include 15+ years of relevant HR leadership experience, proven expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture transformation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You should be strategic, results-oriented, growth-minded, a strong talent leader, a culture-builder, and data-driven. Critical aspects of the role over the next 3 years include talent acquisition and retention, cultural transformation, leadership development, and operational excellence.
