Opening with a leading Retail company for their office in Mumbai Role: Sustainability Manager Experience: 7 Years + Roles & Responsibility: Employee/Customer engagement and awareness: Developing employee engagement plan and improve awareness on sustainability for front end employees & staffs. Execution and improvement in awareness on sustainability for corporate employees & staffs . Supply Chain Sustainability: Supply Chain Sustainability assessment and ESG performance improvement Supplier Sustainability Assessment- Analysis and reporting Product stewardship in Drive Product and Supply Chain Sustainability initiatives Sustainable Packaging Material: Packaging Material standardization, Specification development & Optimization to reduce the usages of Pollutant Materials. Development of Sustainable packaging materials. Monthly & Annual validation of new product packaging materials.
