PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Issuance Engagement: Providing support to the Sales team for escalated cases. Check the cases before taking up for under writing discussion. 2. Process Management: In-depth understanding of Axis issuance and number for the Zone. Strong hold on pendency buckets and ageing. Tracking, analysing and driving M0 issuance. 3. Communication: Ensure last mile communication of medical centres, escalation matrix, change in underwriting guidelines and processes. 4. Relationship management: Effectively managing fair relationship with all key stakeholders, develop and execute engagement an ensure timely closures of requirements. Qualifications: Masters or bachelors degree in business, engineering, accounting, management or arts. Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets: Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market. Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities. Should have good presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment. In depth knowledge of MS Office (especially MS-Excel and PowerPoint)
