You are an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with over 4 years of experience and expertise in Service Portal and Employee Service Center (ESC). You will be responsible for designing and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals and ESC, building user-friendly interfaces, and enhancing portal functionalities to improve employee self-service experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective portal solutions while ensuring best practices in UI/UX within the ServiceNow environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portals and ESC. - Build intuitive, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. - Enhance portal functionalities to improve employee self-service experiences. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective portal solutions. - Ensure best practices in UI/UX within the ServiceNow environment.
