Your expertise in IC reballing techniques will be crucial for addressing damaged or malfunctioning components effectively. It is essential to maintain detailed repair logs and technical documentation to ensure accurate tracking of repairs and quality control. Collaboration with the testing team will be necessary to guarantee the quality and performance of repaired drones. Furthermore, you will play a key role in inventory management by overseeing spare parts and components. Your proficiency in PCB repair and troubleshooting, soldering (including micro-soldering), the use of SMD machines, IC reballing techniques, familiarity with FPV and DJI drone architecture, as well as basic knowledge of flight controllers and ESC calibration are must-have skills for this role.
