We have an opening for a Senior ESB - OCP Lead position with a Financial Services Company. As the Senior Vice President - ESB OCP Lead, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry. The location for this position is Navi Mumbai, and the educational requirement is limited to BE/BTech qualifications. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the application architecture and software development lifecycle, following agile methodology. You will be expected to manage a team of at least 10-12 members and handle technologies such as OCP Quarkus, Java Spring Boot, and ESB Camel. In addition, you will be responsible for addressing both internal and external application security audits for banking projects and have experience in project management within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will possess skills in the BFSI domain, architect, SDLC, team handling, ESB technologies like Camel, Fuse, and Quarkus, as well as Red Hat OCP and Linux. Certifications in Scrum or Project Management, Redhat OCP, Camel, and Fuse technologies are preferred. Desired skills also include prior experience in the BFSI domain, handling banking projects, and strong analytical abilities. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Devops CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes architecture, Postgre, SQL Server 2016 & above.
